Please read below our booking policy before booking
Securing a booking
We require a deposit on booking -the deposit on the service can seen & paid through our online booking portal or over the phone.
*This is a non-refundable deposit, it can be added as a salon credit and can be transferred if you need to move your booking to another time/day. If a cancelation policy comes into action you will need to secure appointment again.
Redeeming Salon Credit
We do require Salon Credit Code Number to secure booking. If you fail to show to your appointment or need to rebook please see policy below.
What if you need to cancel or schedule?
As treatments times are especially reserved for you, we respectfully ask for as much notice as possible if you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. If you last minute on the day cancel, re-schedule or no show fees do apply. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any salon appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 20% fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. For Laser X Tattoo Removal appointments, cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
How do you change an appointment
You will need to call 0262957072 or text 0474 218 772. This cannot be done online or through social media platforms
When do you arrive for your reservation?
We request you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. This will allow yourself time to change & for first time clients this allows you to complete any essential consultation forms.
What if you are late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment & your payment will remain unchanged. Ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatments
